Cancellation and Refund

If in any case, the client cancels a project with Anand Infra then the client will get a refund. Some percentage of the total amount paid will be refunded, but in some particular cases, the cancellation charges can depend on the timing of the cancellation. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Anand Infra.

Payment Terms:

Payment plan is agreed between the ‘Client’ and Anand Infra based on full project payment.

 In the case of SEO and digital marketing services, payment shall be due within 7 days of the invoice date, unless specifically mentioned in the Invoice.

 In case of delay in payments beyond the due date, Anand Infra reserves the right to stop the work being commenced and ‘Client’ agrees to exempt Anand Infra from meeting the timelines agreed.

 A refund is not possible for work already completed.

 If a project is terminated on a mutual basis, the client has control of all completed projects, and any payment for further development will become void. No previous payment or deposit would be refunded.

 The client has to pay extra charges for additional services.

 No refunded once the client approves mock-up designs and we move into the development phase.

 Digital marketing and SEO packages are not refundable, but the client may cancel the order with a notice written 30 days in advance.

Change of Use

Anand Infra reserves all the rights to make changes from its website anytime without any prior notice. Please visit the website periodically to stay up-to-date.

Governing Law:

The agreement constituted by these terms of use and conditions and any proposal made by the Anand Infra will be construed according to and governed by the laws of India.
